We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager / Café Manager to join our café and take responsibility for the daily operations.
About the position
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the café, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high level of customer service. You will also assist with practical tasks related to the operation of the café when needed.
Key responsibilities
Managing the daily operations of the café
Ensuring excellent customer service and guest experience
Staff coordination, planning, and supervision
Inventory management and ordering of supplies
Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
Assisting with hands-on operational tasks when required
Qualifications
Relevant experience in café, restaurant, or retail management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Good communication skills (English required; Danish is an advantage)
Flexibility and willingness to assist in daily operations
Employment conditions
Full-time position: 37–40 hours per week
Monthly salary: DKK 37,000–40,000 gross (including pension and holiday allowance), depending on qualifications and experience
Workplace: Denmark, Holbæk
